Does BHI support QuickBooks?

There are now many new software companies that are offering bookkeeping software in the cloud.

We currently will support you with QuickBooks Online version only. The advantages of QuickBooks Online is that they backup your file and that up to 5 people can be in the file at any one time. A drawback is that QuickBook's fees can get very high.

The challenge that we run into though clients really need to follow the proper procedures or their QuickBooks Online file will become a mess. Unless, you really need instant information, please let us manage your bookkeeping monthly for you.

What are the most Common Reports that we prepare?

We prepare the IRS 941, 940, W2, W3 and 1099 forms for our clients.

We also prepare the Nevada Unemployment Quarterly and the Bond Fund report.

For the Nevada Department of Taxation, we prepare the Modified Business Tax return and the Sales and Use Tax return.

We also prepare the Clark County Assessor annual form to declare assets that are owned by the business.

What are our normal prices for services?

Our minimum monthly bookkeeping price for under 60 items and no after the fact payroll is $130 per month.

Our minimum monthly bookkeeping price under 60 items with after the fact payroll is $150 per month.

Our payroll prices for weekly payroll check processing for 1-6 employees is $16 per week. Please add $6 for delivery and $6 for EFTPS. There is also a $65 quarterly payroll report preparation fee.

We charge $225 for IRS corporate and partnership tax returns as long as the balance sheet and profit and loss statement is complete.

We charge as little as $70 for personal IRS 1040 tax returns and then charge by the form for each other form that we have to prepare.

In the last week of July 2014, a desert landscaper came into the office inquiring about our bookkeeping services.
